The one thing that hits me first is the use of colors. It's such a great use of few, soft colors, yet the contrast between them add an intensity in an interesting way.
Secondly, composition is great. Simple yet effective use of rules of thirds, and you made sure there are interesting things going on in foreground as well as in the background.
The use of long exposure makes the water silk smooth. It almost looks like it isn't water; it's more like some kind of jelly flowing down that river. Maybe not super original, but very tastefully done. Also, seeing how even the thin reed in the forground is absolutely still, it adds to the feeling of a timeless shot.
Overall a very impressive shot. It's always nice to see photographers take the time to frame their shots like this.
